CollectiveCare is an online application designed to help family members collaborate and share information to help manage important aspects of their elderly loved ones’ lives. Often there are multiple family members from different households that are interested in sharing in the care and support of a loved-one living outside of their household. Likewise, there are individuals who simply wish to be kept abreast of their loved-one’s general well-being. CollectiveCare will allow designated family members to manage their elderly dependent's social, medical and financial calendars, as well as managing health care and financial records, legal documents, etc. CollectiveCare will also promote communication and information sharing among all concerned parties, in the best interest of their loved one.
